How to buy fabrics ?

The manufacter of this product has the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate, which guarantees that the analyzed fabrics are free of harmful substances.

How do we cut the fabrics?

By default, we cut the amount of fabric you indicate in one piece. If you need several cuts of a fabric, tell us in the comments (you can write the comments just before finalizing the order). For example, you add 3 meters of a fabric to the cart, but you need a cut of 1 meter and another of 2 meters.

Antibacterial Hydrofuge Microfiber Fabric ideal for making reusable face masks. This fabric complies with the European regulation CWA 17553: 2020 tested in Aquimisa laboratory sample number: 20_561019 (fabric without washes) and sample number: 20_566940 (fabric after 25 washes)

This 100% polyester fabric has a hydrofuge and antibacterial finish with a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 86% and differential pressure (Pa/cm2) - Breathability of 15 Pa/cm2.

After 25 washes, these values become: 84% (BFE) and 24 Pa/cm2.

It can be washed up to 60º, DO NOT use bleach, it can be tumble dried up to a maximum of 70º. Use neutral detergent, ironed at 140º for 10-15 seconds. It can be sublimated at a temperature not higher than 190º.

OBSERVATIONS: If we make the mask adding 2 layers of Hydrofuge Poplin we can obtain BFE results of 96.40% and after 50 washes, 95.80%. Thus complying with the UNE-0065 (hygienic masks) and the European regulation CWA 17553: 2020. The fabric is 160cm wide and its composition is 100% polyester.
