How to buy fabrics ?

How do we cut the fabrics?

By default, we cut the amount of fabric you indicate in one piece. If you need several cuts of a fabric, tell us in the comments (you can write the comments just before finalizing the order). For example, you add 3 meters of a fabric to the cart, but you need a cut of 1 meter and another of 2 meters.

Hydrophobic polypropylene non-woven fabric (TNT) whose grammage is 70gr/m2 and two widths available: 20cm and 160cm for making masks. It is also often called spunbond, TST, non woven... It is a fabric that is used in many areas, including medicine.

This fabric, with 3 layers of TNT 70gr, complies with the UNE0065 and UNE-EN 14683: 2019 + AC: 2019 standards. To view/download the test report issued by Aitex, click here below:

The TNT fabric washing method is indicated by the Ministerio de Sanidad: Immerse the masks in a 1:50 dilution of bleach with water warm for 30 minutes. Then wash with soap and water and rinse well to remove any residual bleach and allow to dry. For more information about the TNT fabric you can consult the manufacturer's technical sheet:
